Deskera Continues Impressive Growth, Expands Footprint in Bangladesh

Deskera, a global-provider of cloud-based software solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, is expanding its presence in Bangladesh to bring the country’s enterprises the best business software to run their operations. Having seen impressive growth globally, with 400% percent increase in revenue year over year, Deskera is committed to greater investment in the Bangladesh market.

As part of the initiative, Deskera has partnered with Sheba Technologies Limited, a sister concern within Sheba Group, Bangladesh, to change the way enterprises do business in the country and thus help them enhance their productivity and growth.

Deskera has always been at the forefront of helping SMEs improve their businesses, and this improvement will have a particularly positive impact on Bangladesh, as SMEs are the backbone of the country’s economy. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Country Report (2012), SMEs in Bangladesh account for more than 99% of private sector industrial establishments and create job opportunities for 70-80% of the non-agricultural labor force.
